My apartment is my creative hideaway: it is cozy, romantic, filled with light, surrounded with lush green trees. It is located downtown, on a quiet street just few blocks from the main pedestrian street, with plenty of restaurants and cool spots to visit. Easy access to subway and public transportation. I have printed local maps ready for my guests. I travel a lot and always try to bring home a piece of the world - feel free to browse my collection of art, books and games! The space The space is comfortable with a very nice vibe. The bed is brand new and good for resting. The bathroom is all Italian. Hot water supplied 24/7. There is a little fireplace for the cold months and I love spending time on the soft carpet enjoying the fire. The kitchen is fully equipped, espresso maker included, however Spfia is fantastic for restaurants. Affordable and delicious. Internet, ventilation, lots of windows bringing fresh air and green trees. My place is filled with contemporary art. Enjoy respectfully! Guest access Guest have full access of the home. There is a washing machine on site, just inquire with the hosts Other things to note This is an old Sofia building, it has no elevator and you need to climb stairs to the 4th floor. Not big deal, unless you have difficulties moving around. Also the house overlooks a quiet backyard but you can still hear some noise from the nearby intersection. Nothing too noisy - your regular big city life!
