Recently refurbished The studio is very quiet because it does not overlook the street, it overlooks the back of the building which itself overlooks a garden. It is part of a luxury, secure residence. The studio is large, you won't feel cramped. You will enjoy it for a short or a long stay. Regarding its layout: It has a new high-quality sofa bed (April 2024), 160 cm wide, premium mattress, with easy opening and closing, without having to remove the cushions and without hurting your back :-) ☕ 🍵 The equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare quick or more elaborate meals thanks to suitable dishes. A grocery store is at your disposal. A Nespresso coffee machine with pods and a teapot with tea bags. 🛁 The bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, is large for a studio. It is provided with basic hygiene products. (soap, shampoo) Finally, a large closet in the entrance will allow you to keep the main room tidy... And the washing machine will allow you to travel light :-) Very high speed Wi-Fi is free. An ID of the participants in the stay will be requested a few days before your arrival or on the day of your arrival. Other things to note 🔔 Please wash and store the dishes, not included in the cleaning, and take out the garbage on the day of your departure, otherwise this service will be charged an additional €30. Please respect the neighborhood by having an attitude suitable for a luxury residence. Check-in is from 4 p.m. but if there is no guest the night before your stay, you can arrive before, just ask me if it's possible... For requests for arrivals the same day or the day before, a surcharge of €150 is requested: For arrivals and departures on Sundays and public holidays there is an additional €50 .
