There is a shared kitchen and bathroom. My wife and I live here. It is NOT an empty house. Respect check-in and check-out times. You MUST let me know your arrival time in NY to receive you and 25 minutes before arriving at my house The space Comfortable studio with two very comfortable, clean and safe rooms. The room has two windows overlooking a main avenue in Manhattan, naturally you will hear the noise of the most normal things that come from the street, I ask you to be prudent in your evaluation, because the noise is not something that I can control and neither is the elevator in the Building.
