Bright and breezy beautiful old stone house, with a terrace, a loft and a private pool. Close to surrounding Pafos beautiful beaches - North West and South-, minutes driving to the center of the city of Paphos, and very close to Minthis Hills Golf Course. On the second floor there is a loft, one queen bed and a single bed. There is also a huge terrace with a beautiful view of the village, the city of Paphos and the sea horizon. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with three single beds and one with a queen bed and a folded single bed for extra use. The kitchen includes a washer, a dryer, a ceramic cooker, an oven, and a microwave. There is a full bathroom on each floor and an additional bathroom and shower outdoors for the pool users. There is also an indoors/outdoors sitting space for friends and family together time. This is our family house for four generations. Even though we don't live here most of the time anymore, we come back every here and then and still get the home and love feeling this house is made from. It was built more than a hundred years ago by one man, stone by stone. It was renovated 15 years ago and was just refreshed now. It was originally built with winds and sun in mind, lots of light and breeze while the castle like stone walls keep heat out in the summer and cold out in the winter. all original elements were kept as much as it was possible, the cooking stones, the fireplace, the storage place, the in-wall shelves, the inside doors, some of the furniture {even in their original position}. We love to share this amazing experience of staying here and we will appreciate all visitors to be respectful to the property while enjoying their stay. This old stone house was renovated recently to be more functional for modern life (kitchen and bathrooms). You can enjoy the beautiful terrace, the loft on the second floor, the large backyard, the pool, outdoor cinema (film projector available) on the white wall next to the kitchen window, Ping Pong playing, barbeque and hey...the amazing views of Tsada, its beautiful summer breeze and the village life while you are minutes away driving to the city center, even to the touristic Kato Paphos. The location is also perfect for exploring inland, beautiful villages of Paphos and its beautiful interesting beaches on each side of Paphos (south, north and west) as this location is in the middle.
