This 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 3/4-bath quintessential log home is located directly across from the summer recreation area in the Snowline community and says "cabin in the mountains!". The 1st floor features an open floor plan country-style kitchen and living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, a 3/4-bath, and a separate laundry area with a stack washer/dryer. The 2nd floor features one large bedroom with 2-queen size beds and a nice walk-out balcony. A second divided sleeping area features 1-set of bunk beds on each side of the divider.....great for the kids! This wi-fi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Wi-Fi / NO Pets / NO Hot Tub / NO Smoking Mountain Adventures/Romantic Getaway OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES: **Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly. **This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
