The 2.5 story house is located in the quiet and upscale neighborhood of Baguio City known as millionaire's row. Property is on Outlook Drive, right behind The Mansion House, vacation house of Philippine presidents and within walking distance to major tourist landmarks in the area and nearby cafes and restaurants. No smoking is allowed inside the premises. Pets are welcome. The property has one parking space provided and is located on a steep incline. An experienced driver is ideal. The space The property has complete cooking and dining utensils for large groups with a stove, a barbecue grill, rice cooker, microwave and toaster oven. It has central heating system for water and 2 fireplaces. It has a large open den space and a loft aside from 2 bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate a group of 10 persons. Towels and beddings are provided. Personal toiletries are not included. The ensuite bathrooms might be small for those used to bigger bathrooms. The floors are connected by circular staircases. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all rooms , living spaces and veranda. One bedroom is off limits. Other things to note Tap water may NOT be safe for drinking. Mineral water is available on the property for a fee. Ask the caretaker about it upon arrival. Maximum allowable number of guests is 10 persons, adults and children included as well as hired drivers. Should you exceed, there is an extra charge of 2000 pesos per night payable upon arrival in cash to the property caretaker. Excess guests up to 5 persons only for a total of 15 guests, adults and children regardless of age included. Fur babies are welcome as long as they are kept in cages and guests clean up after them. Pets are NOT ALLOWED on sofas and beds. Property is located on a very steep incline . Do take note that vehicle entry to the garage might require maneuvering due to the natural land topography. Parking can accommodate (1) SUV or VAN, or (2) small cars. An experienced driver is ideal especially for those bringing a manual transmission vehicles or long vans. Since this is a residential area, guests are requested to refrain from making loud noises after 10pm. In-house parties are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
