Two old-town apartments joined with a terrace

This two apartments are set on the 2nd floor of a renovated old-town house and feature a lovely terrace with side-sea views connecting the two flats and providing access to a common rooftop area. The rooftop has stunning views towards the old city center on one side and across the sea all the way to the neighbouring islands on the other side. Each apartment has a private bedroom, bathroom, small living room with kitchen, SAT TV and A/C. The main evening spot is just few minutes walk away. The space This 3 stories high renovated old town house has 3 lovely apartments, one on the first floor and two on the 2nd. 3rd floor is a spacious rooftop terrace which can be accessed via wooden stairs. The house is just in the second row to the sea and therefore all terraces have side-sea views, while the rooftop terrace features beautiful views all the way to the neighboring islands. Guest access Rooftop can be used by all guests and is spacious enough for sunbathing. It also has an elevated seating area for excellent views of the old town and the sea. On the rooftop you can also find an electric grill, which can be used by previous agreement with the owner. Public parking is available nearby and costs 10€ per day or 60€ per week. Other things to note Possibility to borrow a hairdryer or an iron on request, based upon availability. Change of towels available for stays over 7 nights. Please note that city tax (1,5EUR per person per night for adults, 0.50 EUR per child of 12-18y per night, free under 12y) is not included in the price and is charged extra in cash on site.
