This room is a Comfortable, Modern, clean Double Room with own TV, WI-FI, Tea / Coffee, Bed is a Double. Towels provided , TV , iron and ironing board , and hairdryer. We can also place a duvalay mattress on the floor for a third person which will cost an extra £15/night if needed. Smoke free bungalow , a smoking area available under shelter outside. Small dog lives here. Children over 2 Years are classed as extra guest (by Airbnb) so would be charged £15/night extra. Please refrain from drinking alcohol in the property. Other things to note Tea & coffee facilities are provided in the bedroom. This is a Bungalow, so all amenities on one level (apart from small step at front & rear door), ideal for those with slight disabilities. Parking is available on driveway, please let me know if you require this. Otherwise nearby either side of property offers easy parking, 1 minute from property.
