City Center/Private Garden/Free Public Parking

Hello everyone! We have a new, renovated apartment in the center of Split. On one side it is in 5 minutes of walking distance from Dioklecian's palace, the main attraction in Split, and on the other side you have a 10 minute walk from Split's sandy beach Bačvice. Definitely the best part of this apartmen is it's garden with a beautiful terace, a big table for summer dinners and a small one for morning coffes :) You can enjoy your privacy away from all of the fuss and still be in the center. The space The apartment is in an old Split neibourghood. This part of the city is safe and quiet. To get to the apartment you have 4 small stairs. In the apartment, you only have one stair to get to the garden. The apartment inside is about 38 to 39 m2, and the garden is about 20m2. The apartment has one bedroom, a living room that is suitable for sleeping also , a bathroom and a kitchen. The bedroom has one king size bed (180x200) and the living room a double size (140x200) sofa. The bathroom is private and well equipped (hair dryer, towels, shampoos...). The kitchen has all of the applications. The apartment is also equipped with Air-condition, two TV's, Wi-Fi internet and everything that we think you may need for your perfect stay. We also have an isolated garden with a terace and a fireplace for making delicious meals :) P.S. Please be aware that the garden can not look the same during different seasons and that if you want to try something from the garden, please ask. Thank you. Guest access The kitchen, the bedroom, the bathroom, the living room, the garden. The apartment has one more room that is used as a storage room for towels, linens and similar things. We will show it to you when you arrive. :) Other things to note I would just like to say that the free parking around the apartment is public. You will maybe, depending on the time of the year your arrive, have to drive trough the parking to find a spot but so far no one has ever not found it.
