Waterfront Pool Home - Paradise Palms

Stunning waterfront & pool home has been totally remodeled and luxuriously decorated. 4 bedrooms with formal living room & huge family/dining room. Breathtaking water views of exotic wildlife. Dolphins, manatees and a variety of coastal birds are frequent visitors down your own canal. Fabulously appointed with splendid new furniture and high-end beds. Our goal: make your vacation a fantastic experience-one that you'll never forget and always want to come back to! We want you to love it here! The space Guests have full access to the home and pool while staying at Paradise Palms. The home & pool, yard and dock are all privately yours!! There is a live-in caretaker that has a completely private & separate apartment, and will not be sharing any living space with you during your visit. The caretaker will be cleaning the pool, and making sure the outdoor space is in top-notch shape. We try to have your vacation tailored to your needs and wishes! What this means to you is that, during your stay if you’d like to have housekeeping during your entire stay or only part of it, we can arrange it! There is an extra fee, of course, but your comfort is our primary concern! The house description: On the main level you will have all of the living quarters, such as: Formal living room Family room & dining room Kitchen Bar/breakfast bar Laundry room Full bathroom (with a tub & shower) that is newly & fabulously remodeled! Bedroom 1- main level: King bedroom & double closets. The bed...oh my! It’s thick, lush & so comfortable! Bedroom 2- main level: Queen bed with French double doors that lead to the pool! Exceptional views here! Bedroom 3- main level: Two twin XL beds, OR just let us know and it’ll magically turn into a king bedroom! ;-) Bedroom 4- upstairs: King bed, which is the master suite. This room is private with it’s own staircase. You will find a COMPLETELY REMODELED room with a cool coastal vibe plus the most DRAMATIC VIEWS! Enjoy your own balcony that looks over the pool AND canal, windows galore, and a huge walk-in closet! Guest access Guests have full access to the home, pool and dock! Guests do not have access to the owner’s private apartment, which will be locked and is off to the side of the home. There are no inside connecting door between the owner’s apartment and the main house. Guests will have private use of the home and all of its amenities. The owner and/or pool service will simply clean the pool and tend to the exterior of the home during your stay. =) Other things to note While saying at Paradise Palms you’ll have full, private access to the pool AND the dock out back! It is the perfect place for fishing, picnics and carefree happy hours! I have a pool heater than can warm the pool so swimming is possible year round. It is very expensive to run, so there is an extra charge of $10 per day if you would like to use it. Without the heater, the pool is about 50-70 degrees from October through April which is too cool to swim for most people. When the outside temperature is too cold, the pool heater can’t keep up. So I can’t guarantee that the pool will get to a temperature that you will like. The pool heater thermostat is set to 86 degrees. If you’d like to have the nautical room (with 2 twin XL beds) to be made into a king bed instead please let us know! We will be happy to make that happen before your arrival!
