The space invites you to come solo, on a romantic get-away or with your children (up to two kids). Between Afton and Bainbridge town centers, 30 minutes from Binghamton, there are plenty of good restaurants and cultural activities while those who love antiquing are in heaven. The space In the evenings, turn on the fire and enjoy the original art, board games. Or go out to spot the constellations and hear the owls. With 45 acres of well maintained pastures, trails and a pond there's lots of exploring to do. Wildlife and birds abound from deer to coyotes and bluebirds to hawks. **** There is a pet fee of $50 plus a hospitality tax of 8% collected upon arrival Guest access *The Guest Quarters has an open floor plan and comes with a full kitchen, shower/steam bath and L shaped bedroom/living room. Please note the shower and bathroom area is open to the bedroom area. *Enjoy expansive views from the bay windows in the living and dining area *You'll have access to the front deck, fire pit and BBQ grill. *Wander our 45 acres of trails and take in the beauty of this magnificent area *Attached to the Guest Quarters in the main Farmhouse, though each house has completely separate entrances and total privacy from one another *Across the driveway you'll find our Camper, also available for nightly rentals Other things to note Winter guests: If you're coming up from the City or anywhere south, don't forget that it's often colder up here with more snow (which makes for scenic landscapes and great cuddling!). And let us know if you need snow shoes or cross-country skis since we don't leave them on the property. Each of the 3 units (Farm, Guest Quarters, Camper) has its own entrance. The heated garage separates the Farm from The Guest Quarters and it's here that you'll find the shared laundry room.
