Guest access Guests will have private access to the first, second, and third floors of the house as well as the adjacent parking lot for up to six vehicles. Guests will also have shared access to the spacious lawn, picnic tables, and fire pit patio (upon request) surrounding the property. Guests will not have access to the basement duplex nor access to the single car garage near the alley. Other things to note This property is not ideal for everyone; those with pet allergies or have trouble climbing stairs are discouraged from renting the property based on renter feedback. Also, it is important to note that this property is the owner's primary residence with personal effects throughout the house. For example, our closets will have clothes left out during rental periods. We will clear space for you to hang your own clothes but do not expect the space to be empty nor as neutral as other AirBnB properties or hotels. We are opening our home to your group at a great value for 4-8 guests to split a nice house in a great location, but please respect that this property is our home and not a hotel nor a property that is only used for AirBnB rentals. The property owner, his girlfriend, dog, and cat may stay in the basement duplex during rental periods but the lower level entrance is separate from the main house entrance.
