Some free LG movies. House size frig. No parties/visitors. RV stationary. The space Rustic but clean Accommodations. The doorway to the toilet room is 18 inches wide because it is a standard RV toilet room, Make sure you will be able to access the toilet room BEFORE booking as we want you to be comfortable. The living room chairs are 20 inches wide in the back of seating area. My husband is 215 lbs, 6 ft tall and has no problem. Occasionally There are spider webs on the outside of RV so if that is upsetting to you do not book here. We exterminate the inside every week so you may see one dying bug. If you are worried read the reviews. If you have mold sensitivity or are asthmatic or have allergies we have mold on the trees as this is a semi-tropical forest and If you are allergic to Bees or ant bites that are life threatening do not book here. This is not a princess castle in the suburbs. This is a 38ft long Stationary Park RV Model (small 2/1 mobile home), It has a house refrigerator, Queen beds, Wifi, air conditioning & new smart tv. We do not provide room service.The beds are very comfortable. This rental is good for the outdoorsy person or couple that loves nature and the great outdoors, bird watching, canoeing. It is quiet about 95% of time, very quiet at night. Street lights on Property. NO MORE than 2 people or see extra charge and no unregistered outside visitors. No parties. Not for heavy cooking, use small gas oven & microwave. Charcoal Grill. We do not provide Charcoal or dry firewood but are available at our large Winn Dixie Grocery Store 7 minutes away. You are welcome to pick up dry wood on the ground. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Dogs must be on a leash all times when outside. We have cats and other guests may be around. If you are a "glass is half full" person you will love it here and I will be glad to assist with any emergencies that should arise. We have 2 other Airbnb cabins listed on Airbnb on property. Guest access We are available for any maintenance issues with lots of back up plans, we are good problem solvers. Must text owner 25 minutes before original check in arrival for keys, not after10:30 pm unless with permission Other things to note Swimming in springs, Local Parks, Downtown High Spring with many antique stores and fine dining. Rainy Day go to Science Museum in Gainesville & Art Museum or local shops downtown.
