A newly refurbished shophouse on the bustling main street, with popular food destinations and shops located conveniently within walking distance. The two beds are of two different grade, the lower bed being firm and is chiropractic type, while the upper deck is the synthetic latex type, made of lighter material for easy handling, while offering good night’s rest. This room comes with a small work desk, open wardrobe and full length mirror. Attached private washroom equipped with hot water shower. Free WIFI available in the room and common areas. Fresh bed linens, towels and basic toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap) are provided for your stay. Hair dryer is available in the room. Plenty of power points available in the room to charge your devices. Travel and work; includes access to the ground co-working space, the ideal place to work when travelling. Other things to note This room is on the 3rd floor of a newly refurbished 5 level shophouse on the busy main street of Ipoh New Town. This room has windows facing the main road and due to the central location of this guesthouse, do expect a certain level of noise. As an enhancement to our guests comfort, we have since July 15, 2018 installed a level of soundproofing window panels. :) If you're driving, public carpark spaces are available nearby the building and in the UTC building nearby. A RM4 whole day parking coupon can be used throughout the whole Ipoh area (no parking coupon required for Sundays and public holidays)
