The coziest home at only 400 meters from Colosseum, Palatine, Roman Forum and Colosseo subway stop. An exclusive, super quiet, full furnished flat with private balcony in the heart of everything! Though our home is located in the quietest street and is totally silent, the neighborhood is full of bars, supermarkets and restaurants (Carrefour supermarket nearby is open 24/7). This is an unconventional Design tourist-home. We loved decorating it with some Italian 20th century design furniture. The space Our apartment is right in the heart of ancient Rome, in a unique spot, totally calm, cozy and full furnished. Though our home is located in the quietest spot, the Celio neighborhood nearby is quite alive and vibrant, full of bars, restaurants and supermakets (one Carrefour supermarket nearby is open 24/7). The roman forum, the Colosseum and many incredible monuments, churches and sites are just at a stone's through from home. Colosseo subway station is only 400 metres away. Our full-furnished apartment, with 2 king size double beds on the mezzanines and 1 super comfy double bed at the ground level can comfortably host up to 4 people. This is an unconventional Design tourist-home. We love art and Italian 20th century design furniture pieces and we enjoyed decorating our home as a unique place where you could breath a different air of pleasure and beauty. The double sofa bed is a very rare Poltrona Frau leather sofa, series Mr. Hide; the chaise longue is a LC4 Le Corbusier design; the 2 moons couches are Fendi's; the steel lamp is a Reggiani's Italian design 70's piece. All lampshades and the pillows are hand made in Italy. Our hope is you will love our style and could spend your days here feeling at ease and comfortable. Guest access wireless internet, air conditioned, microwave oven, dishwasher, hair-drier, private balcony, toaster, iron and ironing table, tv & everything you wish... Other things to note The apartment is at the ground floor of a very quiet building and street, so you do not need to take any lift or climb any step to get in. At the guest's arrival we request a cash payment for Rome's Touristic Tax: 3,50 € per person/day. Late check-in from 19:00 till 22:00 has a surcharge of 35€. From 22:00 until 24:00 the late check-in surcharge is 50€. On request we can arrange special half day guided tours to special unknown jewels of the city that you will never see with a regular tourist guide.
