Our house "Inzomare Hvar" with 2 apartments is located in the old part of the small fishing village Zavala on the south side of the island of Hvar. With fantastic sea views, large terraces; pure relaxation. Ideal for nature lovers; fantastic pebble coves with clear water, nudist beach, family friendly. 3 restaurants offer Dalmatian cuisine and 2 beach cafes invite you to linger and enjoy. The city of Hvar with its trendy nightlife can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. The space The stone house was lovingly renovated by us in 2017 and has a garden with olive trees, lavender, rosemary, lemons, oleander and bougainvilleas. The 2 apartments are in the same house on 2 floors and both have their own entrance. The upper apartment "Levantinka" has 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people and a large living area. There is enough space and dishes in the kitchen to cook with 10 people and sit together, even on the terrace. The lower apartment "Pendolino" has 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people and also a kitchen and 2 terraces. The two bedrooms and kitchen are accessible from outside through the terraces. Each apartment has a newly renovated spacious kitchen equipped with stove and oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Bed linen and towels are provided for indoor use. Every bedroom has air conditioning, the bedrooms are not walk-through rooms. 4 sun loungers are available and an outdoor shower and there are 2 private parking spaces right in front of the house. The house is located about 250 m from the sea on the mountain slope at an altitude of about 50 m. Guest access private entrance, 3 south-facing terraces with sea view, 1 large barbecue terrace with sea view, outdoor shower with cold water, 2 private parking spaces at the house. Washing machine can be used per request for a fee. Other things to note Stair climbing is required.
