The studio apartment is in the picturesque village of Affetside we are 2 miles from Tottington and about 2 miles from Hardwood and around 10 minute drive to Bury and Bolton centres established ten year's visitors from all over the world have stayed with us.The studio is set in the large garden to the main house it has fantastic views over the surrounding countryside. Other things to note Ideal location for business as we are close to the motorway network but in a rural location, with the famous Pack Horse pub within easy walking distance. This also makes it equally attractive to people who want to explore the area as we have fantastic walking from the door, fishing, horse riding and The East Lancashire Steam Railway all in close proximity. We are 30 mins by car from Manchester and The Trafford Centre.
