I am the host Lilian (V: xielingli110). I have multiple rooms. The room is located in the center of Pattaya, next to Hilton Hotel, the most upscale property in the center of Pattaya. The neighborhood has a gym, rooftop infinity pool, top floor viewing hall, basketball court, children's room, and 24-hour security guard. 15 min to Walking street. 5 min walk to Central Mall; 7-11 convenience store is a 1 min walk; 5 min walk to Pattaya Beach. There are a variety of restaurants, bars and massage shops just outside. Our rooms are carefully arranged and cleaned by a dedicated person. The viewing balcony has a pool view or city view + partial sea view, with an open view. Hair dryer, bath towels, toiletries, TV, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, etc. are fully equipped, you can spend a leisurely and perfect holiday as if you were at home. After swimming, please dry your body with your own bath towel and wait for your shoes to dry before leaving the pool Please be sure to follow the rules of the apartment. There are rules in the elevator and throughout the lobby. Violators will be fined 2,000 baht. 2. Please take care of the items in the room. If there is any damage, please compensate according to the price. 3. Each room is equipped with 2 bath towels, which are only used to wipe the body. Please do not use the bath towels to wipe the tables, floors, shoes, and lips with lipstick. If it cannot be washed clean and affects reuse, please pay 300 baht/towel. If you need extra bath towels, please pay 100 Baht per towel. 4. If the bedding is stained with blood or other stains, please wash it as soon as possible.
