Description
St Abbs is in a really good situation, easy walking distance from railway station and bus stop. It's just around the corner from the renowned Birnam Arts Centre and Beatrix Potter exhibition and garden. There's a good choice of nice eating places close by. We live in the house also. There is parking in the driveway or somerimes on the street immediately outside the garden. Essential not to restrict neighbours access, so guests are requested not to park opposite the gate of property no 12. The space There are 3 steps to the front door, and the bedroom is upstairs. This accommodation is best suited to 2 people or a single guest. The bedroom is next to the shared bathroom. There are books, a selection of maps, tea and coffee making facilities, etc, in the bedroom. There's seating in the garden and guests are welcome to sit out and enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine there. It's a peaceful area and quiet at night. Important to stress that we live in the house, occasionally we might be away, but we enjoy having guests and respect the privacy and space of whoever is staying. Guest access Guests are welcome to make themselves comfortable in the designated area of the house.
