Quirky, unique city fringe with spa

The Omstay is a most unusual property suited to intrepid adventurers of the city & soul. Tiny in footprint, but big on character, your stay includes free use of the yoga studio at the front of the property for self practise (please make mention of this if it is of interest) The space The Omstay is absolutely one-of-a-kind! We will state straight up that this property may not be suited to everyone, it is quite tiny, with a total floor space of approximately 25sqm, and a very narrow staircase up to the bedroom, which also requires you to duck your head to come through the tiny access door half way up the stairs. The bathroom is on the ground floor and boasts a heated spa (raised fairly high because of plumbing needs, so please note there are two steps up and may be tricky for heavy folk). We are confident that for people who are adventurous of spirit and seeking a uniquely Melbourne experience with a touch of history and eastern influence to boot, The Omstay will not disappoint. As a bonus for your stay, you are welcome to use the yoga studio at the front of the property for self-practise when not in use by other groups and includes all equipment: yoga mats, bolsters, bricks and straps! You are also welcome to attend classes but must contact & book with teachers directly, we give info about this on booking. Guest access Guests have the exclusive occupancy of the apartment during their stay. Please note the entry vestibule is also used by a neighbouring apartment, so occasionally some noise might be audible when people enter or depart, and the outside courtyard is shared by both the other apartment and the yoga studio. The courtyard includes an outside lavatory which you're welcome to make use of if needed. Also, at no extra cost you may make use of the yoga studio at the front of the property for self practise whilst residing at The Omstay. Other things to note You may see and hear the residents of the 3 bedroom apartment next door, the vestibule does leak a little sound so be aware of this. It's the same building, so be aware that sound can travel a little too, though it's a Victorian building with thick walls.
