The space A wonderful large apartment located in a unique position in the old BORGO PIO between Vatican City and Castel S.Angelo. This apartment at a ground floor with a small external private courtyard is equipped with heating, air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the double single bedroom (other rooms have fans), internet wifi, tv, dishwasher, washer. It consists of a wide living room with a dining area and a well equipped kitchenette. I) master bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub and a walk-in closet. II) bedroom with 2 single beds and small en suite wc. III) bedroom with single bed (plus the possibility of a second single bed). Moreover one bathroom with shower and an other bathroom with wc. In the mezzanine there is a single bed (120cm width). Just in front the entrance ot the apartment there is a small private courtyard where you can eat or have a drink at the sunset after a daytrip in Rome. The whole house is equipped with bedding, towels and soaps. Not suitable for children aged between 1 year and 3 years (due to the presence of some stairs in the living room with no banister). Perfect for couples, families, and—if you wish—you can also bring your beloved small to medium-sized dogs (maximum 2 at a time). Please make sure to mention in your reservation that you're bringing your furry friend. Cats are best avoided (sorry!). Guest access CHECK-IN Check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00. In compliance with Italian regulations on short-term rentals, upon arrival guests will find: – beds already made with clean sheets and pillowcases; – a set of towels for each guest; – in each bathroom: a shower mat, small bottles of soap/shower gel, and approximately two rolls of toilet paper. Should guests require additional supplies (towels, linens, or other products), a request must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival. These extras will be quoted in advance and can be collected in the apartment and paid for at check-in.
