The space 1 Bedroom Unit with Balcony (27 sqm) Fully Furnished - Refrigerator - Microwave Oven - Electric Stove - Range Hood - Water Heater - Split Type AC - Electric Fan - Washing Machine - 32 inch TV - Queen sized bed - Closet - Sofa Bed - Dining Set - Kitchenware Location: Makati's Central business district, near banks, school, churches Amenities: Adult pool & kiddie pool, full size gym, kiddie play area, jogging path, free wifi on lobby and 6th floor Hypermarket and other restaurants at Jazz Mall. Security: 24 hour security and Individual ID cards Guest access All our guests are identified and registered and can access 24H to the apartment. They are therefore authorized to access from the tower where the assigned apartment is located and all the common areas of the condominium, such as lobbies at ground and amenities' floors, gym and swimming pools. Common spaces and services are not under our direct management and the project property management may ask for a entry fee. Currently, a daily entrance fee of one hundred fifty per person to access the swimming pools is requested and to be paid on site, due directly to the project property management office. Guests who access to the pools after 6 PM shall contact me to have their access granted, because the project property management office is closed and we expressly authorize guards to charge us, so our guests can enjoy pools until 10 PM and we will collect directly on Airbnb or cash the related entry fees. Clients staying for a week or more will get two free coupons from me. Other things to note Please book in advance and let me know if you plan to use the pool and gym. Special arrangements can be made to avoid additional charges. Only two guests are allowed to use the pool with fee of php150 per visit per person.
