Noga precinct (1 min walk) and the flea market (5 min walk), are both bustling with cafes, restaurants and bars. We are an Israeli couple who looks to rent our flat when we are away. We will take care of your stay with recommendations and tips. The space The apartment is large, spacious and very bright. In the apartment is a separated toilet and shower. There are air conditioners in the bedroom and living room and a closed balcony in the bedroom. The building has a rooftop with sea view. In the roof you can be with friends, do a BBQ or just sunbathe. The apartment is located on an intimate and quiet street, in the historic American Colony and within walking distance from the beach (7 min), flea market (5 min), Old Jaffa (5 min), Neve Tzedek (13 min) and Levinsky Market (10 min).
