One Bedroom Flat in Heart of Angel, Islington

Clean, bright and airy home in the heart of Islington. It has recently been renovated and has all the amenities you need. The space Unlike other AirBnBs this is my permanent home. I am renting it out whilst I'm on holiday. Therefore, I am looking to rent to considerate guests (non-smokers) who will treat my home as if it were theirs. Large bedroom with comfortable king-size bed and large wardrobe. Bright living room, sofa bed that comfortably accommodates two adults (double-bed size), TV, dining table and chairs. Separate kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Lots of storage and, though it is centrally located, the views are leafy and the trees outside provide privacy from all rooms. Bedding and towels provided. It is just off the main road (Essex Road) in a safe block of six flats with great neighbours. Happy to answer any questions. Guest access Whole use of flat. No shared facilities for duration of stay. As this is my home, my personal possessions will be around (as you can see from the pictures). However, I will clear out space for you in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: I live with a very cute cat called Coco. She will obviously not be there during your stay, and the flat will be professionally cleaned before your arrival, but please bear in mind in case of any allergies.
