You will be welcomed in the new charming cottage with its 2 comfortable bedrooms with pool view. The space The Arcachonnaise villa welcomes you to its new 38 m2 CHARMING GÎTE and its 2 comfortable bedrooms: private bathroom and toilet in each bedroom. The Gîte is adjacent to the Villa where the owners live. Bedroom 1 of the Gîte offers a cocooning and romantic space with new premium bedding in 160, a wall-mounted TV screen and equipped with ceiling ventilation. Bedroom 2 of the Gîte, with Scandinavian and Zen decoration offers several possibilities: either a king size bed 160 new premium bedding for a couple or 2 beds of 80 for 2 children, or a bench offering a living room with wall-mounted TV screen and equipped with ceiling ventilation. Fully equipped kitchen with a table and 4 chairs overlooking a private garden (not shared with the owners) equipped with a table, umbrella and 4 chairs and 2 armchairs. Flat-screen wall-mounted TV in each bedroom, smart and upscale decor, Wi-Fi... Our guests will be able to enjoy the common living area with the owners: all-wood zen terrace, heated pool (June to September) and sunbathing, petanque court, barbecue, ping pong table. This common area is shared with the owners, any outsiders are strictly prohibited. A space in front of the Cottage offers a garden as well as a table, umbrella and 4 chairs for breakfasts, lunches and dinners in a private space for tenants and not shared with the owners. Located in the heart of the most beautiful villages of the Bassin - Cap Ferret, L'Herbe, Le Canon, Arcachon, Le Pyla... and 20 minutes from our beautiful ocean beaches (Grand Crohot beach) enjoy and discover... by bike, on foot, by boat, the bird island, its tchanquées huts, the sandbank... The shared space (family pool, wooden terraces, lounge and sundeck) is strictly reserved for guests and tenants of the registered rental cottage.
