Sunny apartment with large terrace and beautiful views over the golf course of Altea and the swimming pool. A wonderful place for golfers, but also for sun and sea lovers, hikers, cyclists, those who look for tranquility and families with small children. The space The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped including a flat-screen TV with international channels and chrome-cast to connect you phone or computer, air conditioning, ceiling fans and a cozy (gas) fireplace. The kitchen is luxurious and very complete: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, toaster, juicer, coffee machine, ample crockery and kitchen utensils. All basic requirements remain: coffee, tea, herbs, oil, dishwashing liquid etc. The master bedroom with double bed has sliding doors to the terrace. There are wooden shutters to keep the sunlight out if you wish. The wardrobe is spacious and equipped with sufficient bath towels and bed linen. In the second bedroom there is a sturdy bunk bed with good mattresses. The bathroom has a spacious double sink, toilet and a shower. Guest access Private apartment with access to the communal gardens and pool. Other things to note Electricity consumption of up to 10 kWh per day is included with your stay (more than enough for normal use). Do you use more? Then we will settle this afterwards at a rate of €0.45 per additional kWh. We will take the meter reading together upon arrival and departure.
