The studio is ideally located in a 17th century building in "Le Marais" neighborhood. It's a typical Parisian accomodation w a stone chemney, exposed beams and floor-tiles. Perfect to visit museums, fashion stores, Old Paris and Île Saint-Louis. The space Located in a 17th century building, straight in "Le Marais" neighborhood in the 4th arrondissement. Authentic studio of 23 meters squares with a stone chemney, exposed beams and floor-tiles. Located on the 4th floor without lift in a quiet and charming yard. The main room is very comfly and sunny on the morning (East exposure) and a nice view by the rooftops. The two-persons-size kitchen is separated with a window and a view as well, furnished with a frigde, two hotplates, an oven and all the dishes you need (+ kettle, Italian coffee maker, smoothie blender, rice cooker, wok ...) The bathroom in very nice and clean (towels and hair dryer provided). The sink is made of wood and blue marble, and the shower is quite big. You have a small supermarket downstairs, a bakery, plently of tea and coffee shops, restaurants and a pharmacy in the street. You can do everything by walking as everything is close : restaurants , BHV/Marais mall, fashion shops and boutiques, Jewish area, parcs, Museum of Modern Art, Picasso Museum, Carnavalet Museum and art galeries. The Cathedral Notre Dame de Paris is 15 min walking. The Seine river and its famous book sellers are 5 min walking. Other things to note Please note the flat is located on the 4th floor with no lift. We consider it as a part of its charm as the building is 400 years-old. But some guests might consider the 4 floors are challenging. Of course we will help you to carry your lugages if you need it.
