Our condo unit is loft style, so all the bedrooms are located upstairs (Sofa bed is located in the downstairs living room). We know a good nights sleep is crucial to enjoying your vacation, so all of our beds are equipped with soft mattress pillow-toppers with hotel quality sheets & duvets for max comfort. We also have black-out curtains throughout the unit to keep the rooms dark and cool while you sleep. (We also now have a portable baby crib, high chair, and baby bath available upon request) The living room has a 42” TV & the master bedroom has a 32" TV with free access to Netflix and YouTube. The master bedroom has a mirrored vanity desk with LED lighting, perfect for putting on make-up or using as a PC work space. There are also plenty of power outlets located throughout the unit, so you can conveniently charge all of your devices. The kitchen is fully renovated and has a large counter bar with 2 stools, 2 seater dining table/desk, shaker style kitchen cabinets, LED lighting and quality appliances. The kitchen faucet is also fitted with a high-spec Cleansui drinking water filter, so you will have unlimited safe drinking water throughout your stay (no more need to purchase bottled water everyday). There is a washing machine with drying rack for your convenience. For guests who prefer professional laundry services there is a full service laundry shop located right at the lobby of our bldg. If you prefer instant coffee, we also supply that along with creamer and sugar to help you start your mornings off right. The bathroom has newly installed ceramic tiles, a spacious glass enclosed shower with shampoo/conditioner/body soap dispenser and hot water heater. There is a mirrored medicine cabinet with plenty of space to store all of your personal toiletries. The toilet also has a bidet for your convenience and comfort. Also, our unit door is equipped with a digital passcode lock, so you will never have to worry about losing keys. Just type in the 6 digit code and you're all set. For your safety we have hand rails and corner guards on the stairs . We also have smoke & CO2 detectors installed throughout the unit, as well as a first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Additionally, our apartment is managed by our professional hospitality team. Guests can look forward to timely, professional and personalized communication and service. Guests can easily message us should they have any concerns. Guest access There is a large pool with seating area. There is also a 7-11, laundry shop, Gong Cha, and esthetician clinic located on the ground floor. Other things to note In an effort to keep the unit fresh and clean, we have a strict no-smoking policy in the unit. If you do smoke, we ask that you please do so outside at the ground floor. Also, parties are not permitted in our unit and we ask that all guests keep noise levels to a minimum so as not to disturb the neighboring units. We do accept bookings for guest who have pets. We have a P500 per pet fee to cover the additional cleaning and sanitizing that we need to do between guest stays. Please be aware that any damages to furniture, walls or flooring caused by your pets is not covered by this fee and will fall under Airbnb’s damage reimbursement policies. Additionally, we ask that all guests please observe our check out time of 11:00am. We often have guests checking in the same day, so we need ample time to properly clean and prep the unit for the next guest.
