The recently renovated, apartment has a large bright living room which spills into a comfortable chair filled balcony with family sized BBQ. The two modern bedrooms and mod-con filled kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender etc) will have you feeling at home in no time! The space The luxury air-conditioned apartment has been recently renovated . A brand new luxury bathroom with modern facilities and bath / shower. A brand new fully featured kitchen with all the mod-cons, a toaster blender, coffee machine, microwave, stove and more. Large dining / living area with work corner too. Living room with massive 49" Smart TV and cozy seating. 2 double bedrooms with all new wardrobes, flooring, beds and ceiling fans. Balcony with comfortable seating and family BBQ to enjoy those long summer days. Please note, “sofa bed” in living room is a single (ottoman) style bed. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note The apartment is in a building with friendly residents living there. Please be respectful of maintaining good relations with them during your stay. The 3rd bed (sofa bed) is an ottoman/air bed. If you want to make use of this, you have to request this by upping the number of guests to five people so that we know to prepare the spare bed and bedding for you. An extra charge of $50 per night will be added on for this. We make coffee and tea available for your convenience. Because the apartment is often booked back to back in the calendar, our cleaners are booked in to clean the apartment at 10am on your check out day.
