I am happy to welcome you in my home sweet home atypical loft/duplex of 70 square meters on the last floor - 5th floor: large room / loft with sky glasses window on the ceiling under the roof (3,5 meters high) with entrance / living room, dining room, kitchen and separate toilettes. - A tiny inner staircase leads to the 4th floor to a large bedroom with a queen size bed for 2, including the bathroom (bathtub & sink), + a separate dressing & a separate shower. The space DESCRIPTION OF THE LOFT / DUPLEX You enter the apartment on the 5th floor of the building where you’ll find : - the living room - the dining room - the kitchen - and separate toilettes. Those 3 rooms (living room, dining room & the kitchen) are « one and the same » large room (loft) under 4 glasses sky windows on the roof at 3,5 meters high. Therefore, the 5th floor of the apartment is very bright (lots of light) (as there are no curtains nor shutter) thanks to the 4 street-building windows and the 4 ceiling windows bringing zenith light. As it’s my own apartment in which I leave all year long, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster… There is a small inner staircase - stairs (down) to access the 4th floor where you’ll find: - 1 bed for 2 persons - queen size bed - 160 cm x 200 cm - in a large cosy bedroom including the bathroom - with a bathtub and a bathroom sink, - a separate dressing room, - and a separate shower. Right in the heart of Paris, nearby the Opéra, la Place Vendôme, le Jardin des Tuileries, la Place de la Concorde, le Louvre, les Champs-Élysées, Saint-Germain-desPrés, the Apple StoreS, la Fashion Week, le Salon Première Class, la FIAC… it’s location is perfect either for holidays of for a professional stay. Your stay will be very confortable in this bright and very quiet loft / duplex located in the heart of Paris. Guest access The whole apartment will be yours during your stay.
