The apartment is newly furnished and the bed is very comfortable. There is off road private parking so you can conveniently leave your car at the apartment and walk into town! Guest access You have the unit to yourself. No areas are shared. Other things to note The walk back to the apartment from town is only a 5 minute walk but up a steep hill. As this is a ground level apartment sound can sometimes travel from the apartment above.
