The Shores is a neat complex comprising only 16 units. Situated on the edge of Ramsgate on the Southbroom Beach and Lagoon. The Shores is nestled in a lovely, quiet and secure area. It is surrounded by beautiful trees, offering protection from windy weather and is only 50 meters away from the lagoon and beach. Southbroom Beach offers a safe, protected bathing beach with lifeguards on duty during holidays and on weekends at the dedicated swimming area. Close to many golf courses! Enjoy. The space Unit 8 is 4-Star graded by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa. It has a spacious covered patio with a charcoal braai. The living room has a flat-screen television, Dstv decoder, DVD Player, ceiling fans, air conditioner and comfortable couches. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality necessities, including a toaster, kettle, microwave oven, oven/stove, fridge/freezer and a dish washer. The unit also has a scullery and is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. It also has a private dry yard, with a convenient, washing line. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination. The room also has a queen-size bed, television, a convenient electronic safe and a hairdryer. The second bedroom has two single beds, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed - all with good quality mattresses. Rooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom that has a shower. All three rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioners. Safe, undercover parking and a communal pool. Guest access We also have unit 10 available for rentals. Prices are quoted per unit/night. Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 guests. They are close together. There are a communal pool and undercover parkade. Other things to note We charge an admin fee of R500 per unit, which is payable on arrival in cash to the caretaker directly. There is also a refundable security deposit of R500/unit - this is refunded via EFT, 2 weeks after departure.
