Stunning views, beautiful room - walk into town

This lovely Edwardian house stands in a desirable quiet residential road 10 minutes walk from town. Its charming interior will transform you into a zone comfort and calm and the views outside will be sure to impress - with one of the best river views in Shrewsbury. I don’t host children under 16, single males or pets. Proof of full covid vacs/photo ID are required on arrival. NB steps to patio. I currently offer tea/coffee making facilities etc in your room but am not providing breakfast. The space Your room is furnished to a high standard and includes a double bed, a desk which opens to provide a small table, a comfortable chair and some storage space. You also have private use of a bathroom with a luxurious roll top bath and a large shower with toiletries and towels provided. In warmer months, the garden and patio are also available for you to enjoy, with extensive views along to the weir and the town beyond. Guest access Bedroom & private bathroom. You are welcome to use the fridge in the kitchen and eat pre prepared food in the kitchen or use the toaster/microwave, however the oven/hob is not accessible to guests During your stay I am around and about quite a bit if you have any queries about the area or are looking for suggestions about things to do locally or in the vicinity. I only ask that you don’t let the dog out of the house and always close the gate Other things to note If you like fishing there are fishing rights here just make sure you have a rod licence
