Residential area to come in your own vehicle and res at my house, without giving up the proximity of interesting places & beaches.Due to urban regulations and to respect our neighbors, noise is not allowed from 11pm to 8am, bachelor parties, or parties Music is allowed if its volume does not bother anyone. I live on floor 1 and you stay on floor 2 The space I am aware of the current situation of COVID-19 and I follow all the rules for a safe stay, I leave 2 days without occupation between stay and stay to ventilate well, clean and disinfect the accommodation. I have purchased an ozone cannon and have hydroalcoholic gel at the entrance and in the garden, I disinfect the pool area daily and the entire accommodation after each stay. I have a simple house, without great luxuries, what you see in the photos; it is very bright, has 2 floors. You have the second floor entirely for you, there you have 3 bedrooms, dining room, terrace, kitchen and bathroom, the floor has a total of 118m2. I and my family are on the first floor, you can relax in the common areas of the pool and the garden where we can guarantee safety distances and maximum privacy for our guests. Guest access The pool is for common use for both floors, the garden has enough space to keep safe distances between guests and hosts, and each floor has its own private entrance. Due to COVID-19 we give priority to guests in the use of the pool and we will share their use without coinciding.There is a separate outdoor dining room for each house in the garden Other things to note We live in a very privileged area, because although the summer is very hot, we do not have extreme temperatures since there is always a cool breeze that mitigates the thermal sensation. Being an urbanization, we recommend coming by car because everything is close, but public transport is scarce.
