Guest access The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. On request, basement car parking, and bike storage can be arranged by prior contact. Use of the communal courtyards is encouraged, in line with the OC rules of each space. Malvern Hill is a secure environment. As such, a swipe key will be made available, to grant access to allowed area's.
