The apartment is decorated to a high modern standard with super fast fibre broadband and cinema style TV. Buses are outside your front door for convenience. The space Part of Penryn's historic Harbour village development, this purpose-built second floor apartment has views to the Penryn river and shoreline yet just a short walk to the shops at Penryn. The accommodation is comfortable, light and well-presented. Open-plan living area with French doors to the balcony. Guest access The property works on a 24 hour on and 24 hour off parking permit ..as you arrive you will be parked outside the property for the 24 period in the anchor key complex opposite smart estate agent . Your car can then be parked in the free car park just outside of the main gate to the complex . There is also free street parking. The exchequer car park is free from 16.00 to 9.00 Mon - Sun which is opposite the flat . Depending on the length of stay you will be entitled to use the permit on the basis above ‘ie’ a four day booking will give you two day pass , Six will give you three etc . Other things to note This was Damian’s main home, until recently moving to St Agnes. Swingbridge House has lovely neighbours who are really friendly. Just to make guests aware that the doors in the property are heavy and we ask that you close them carefully, so they don’t slam shut. The water from the hot taps, is very hot, so please be aware of this. Hand sanitiser is provided as you enter/leave the building. The bin/recycling store is outside the back access to the building. And glass recycling is near the bike store. This will be shown on arrival. If you are unsure, the recycling bags will be out on the balcony for your use and we can empty on your departure.
