‘Coast Along’ at Bawley is the perfect South Coast escape. You, your family and friends can enjoy this light, airy and spacious two storey beach house, with only gum trees between you and beautiful Cormorant Beach. Check out the surf over breakfast from the deck or relax on private lawns that extend right up to the eco reserve. You’re a minute’s walk to Cormorant Beach and a few minutes walk to Bawley Beach where you can fish or leap into crystal waters from ‘The Gantry’. Sorry no schoolies. The space Coast Along’s beach facing decks, bush-facing breezeway, four separate living spaces, five bedrooms, a full-sized table-tennis table, two TVs, oven, gas stove top, two microwave ovens, two dishwashers, two fridges and its well-equipped kitchen means up to eight of you have plenty of room to cook, eat and unwind together. The upstairs area has two generous decks with surf & point views. The main deck is off the air-conditioned main living/ 8-seater dining/kitchen area and has an al fresco table for 6. The second balcony is off a separate living/kitchenette area and is also accessible from one of the two upstairs bedrooms. This deck also has a 6 seater table, 4 burner gas BBQ and sun lounge. At the rear of the upstairs living space is another air-conditioned and spacious lounge area, with smart TV/DVD and generous windows that look out to mighty gums and a lush eco-reserve brimming with birdlife. There are two bedrooms upstairs, a queen and king single both with ceiling fans, plus two toilets, and bathroom with a bath-tub/shower. Downstairs on the east side, has two double bedrooms each with ceiling fans, table tennis room with reading nook, bathroom with shower and toilet, laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. Downstairs on the other west side of the house, is a discreet and spacious bedroom with its own ensuite and lounge/TV area. The whole house is light and airy, but every window and door has insect screens so you can let the sea breeze and sound of surf in, but leave the things that buzz outside.
