In the master bedroom there are one King Size spring bed and two floor mattress, working space, wardrobe, and 43 Inch Google TV. In the second bedroom there are one Single size spring bed and one floor mattress, wardrobe, and 43 Inch Google TV. The third bedroom has its bunk bed. The primary & second bedroom is equipped with Air Conditioner. The third bedroom is equipped with Electric fan. LIVING ROOM You'll find flat LED TV, Comfortable Sofa, and Sofa Bed and Dining Table in the Living Room. The Living Room is equipped with 2 (Two) Air Conditioners and Electric Fans. You can arrange the dining table for meeting purpose, and using the large LED TV for your company presentation. Don't forget to bring your own HDMI/USB/Cables. BATHROOM Water heater in the main bathroom, Soap and Shampoo are provided. 3 bathrooms with shower in the house. KITCHEN Gas stove and kitchen utensils are available. Drinking water gallon provided. LPG for gas stove and drinking water gallon only provided one time before check-in. You have to top-up/buy if needed. GARAGE & CARPORT Up to 4 cars can be parked in the garage and car port. It is time to prove that you are a real driving license holder, not a cheater! :) NO PARKING ON THE ROAD at any time. BACKYARD Mini basketball court in the backyard. You can play basketball with your group or having a barbecue outside :) Barbecue grill is available, please ask if you want to use it. You have to provide your own charcoal. Don't forget to clean it after having a BBQ party :) CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in is starting from 14:00 to 18:00. Please state your exact check-in time, and please be ON TIME, as I do not cater rubber time. Check-out max at 12:00. Late check-out is prohibited, unless the next guest want to share the house with you :D WIFI High Speed internet access up to 150 Mbps provided by Biznet at Sadar House. Biznet is the fastest Internet Service Provider in Indonesia. NOTE 1. Unfortunately, the house IS NOT FOR any photo, video & film SHOOTING. 2. Extra Charges IDR 85,000 per guest per night after 9 guests. Extra charges apply regardless the guest sleepover or not. 3. Monthly/annual rental excluding utilities (electricity) bills & LPG. 4.
