From now on, we will only rent to people who are serious, careful and who will be respectful of the place. Because of this, we will no longer charge a flat fee for cleaning, which will make the rental price even more attractive. In return, the cleaning will therefore be done on your own, with seriousness and application, so that you leave our beautiful cottage in a state of impeccable cleanliness, i.e. the same condition as when you arrived. A cleaning deposit of 150 euro (cash only) will be required upon arrival. If you respect your commitment to do a full and impeccable cleaning of the cottage at the end of your stay, the deposit will be automatically returned to you. However, if you do not meet your commitment and the cleaning is incomplete or it is not done properly then the deposit will be collected in full. This deposit will of course be returned to you at the end of your stay if the chalet is returned in the same condition as when you arrived. In conclusion, if you are a careful and respectful person, you can enjoy our beautiful cottage at a very good price. On the other hand, if you do not respect your "cleanliness" commitment, you will be for a significant bonus of 150 euros. We look forward to welcoming you for a pleasant stay. Bonus 1 = Delicious takeout meals are available at the Auberge de la Mexel farm which is 300 m from the chalet. We recommend you visit Brigitte, a top chef!! Bonus 2 = Possibility to put you in touch with Yannick, a friendly and friendly guide (graduated mountain guide), who will make you discover the charms of the region hiking boots or snowshoes at your feet.
