A lovely and new 2021 holiday home with a new decking sited on a desirable and sought after pitch with a splendid sea, sunset, and landscape view at 5 star Rockley Holiday Park right on Poole Harbor in Dorset. We have a few holiday homes in 3 different locations between Poole, Christchurch (walking distance to the beach) and the New Forest, all with decking, and you can view them all in ‘My Profile’ Please send us a request to book including your dates and how many adults and children. The space We're looking forward to welcoming you in our lovely cosy holiday home at 5 star Rockley Holiday Park in Poole which offers many exciting activities to do surrounded with plenty of (must visit) places in Dorset. Things to consider: - Please let us know your expected arrival time to Rockley Park if possible. - For check in, you can self check in anytime after 15.00. Please do not check in from the reception and once you arrive to Rockley Holiday Park, at the mini roundabout turn right (3rd exist) and follow Turlin Valley number 35, park on the grass and open the key safe by the door of the caravan, we will send you a code before arrival to open the key safe. - For the cost of the entertainment passes, please ask the Holiday Reception at Rockley Park and please note that Rockley Park's entertainment complex is closed from the beginning of November until 2nd of March each year. - For check out, please turn off all lights, cooking equipment, heating, all water taps, take any waste to the recycling or general wast bins, lock all windows and the door and put the key back in the key safe by 10.00am. - There's a Smart TV with Freeview & dining table. Another sitting area outside on the decking for 4 people. - This self catering holiday home has a kitchenette with oven, cooker, grill, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and cutlery, plates, etc. Also, there's a grocery, fish'n ships shop, Papa Johns Pizza, seafood restaurant, and other bars and restaurants on the site. (You need to buy the passes to get in the entertainment complex including the bars, restaurants, evening shows & swimming pools, amusement etc.) But these passes are optional and you don’t have to buy them unless you’d like to enter the entertainment complex. - We only provide bed linens for 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and we do not provide any towels (bath, swimming, & beach towels) please bring your own towels or buy from the shop on the site. - The outdoor swimming pool is subject to weather conditions and Rockley Park decision, but usually it's opened from May until end of September, however, the heated indoor swimming pool with the splash zone and water slides is open from March until the beginning of November each year. - You can treat yourself and enjoy many exciting activities such as tennis, wall climbing, mini golf, water sports, and water sport lessons which you can buy at the reception, or simply walk around Poole Harbour, make sandy castle, collect fossils, catch crabs, enjoy the views and discover Dorset. - Please note that this is a private holiday home and we expect you to look after it as if it’s yours, so please take your shoes off the carpet and don’t leave any washing up/food and take any waste to the general waste/recycling bins when you check out. and No smoking, No pets, No parties, and No BBQ (sorry). - Plenty of stunning (must see) places to visit around: Poole Quey, Sandbanks, Bournemouth Pier & night clubs, Old Harry Rocks, Swanage & Studland Beach by the very affordable ferry from Sandbanks (£7 return per car, or £2 ish per person on foot/bicycle), Splash Down water park at Tower Park a great place for fun and entertainments, all within short driving/cycling distance from Rockley Park. You can drive a bit further to visit Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Kimmeridge Bay, Corfe Castle, and Christchurch. - Free parking opposite the holiday home next to the decking for your convenience, If you have any problem during your stay please report it to the holiday reception or please text us on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or message us on Airbnb and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Other things to note Entertainment passes are not included in the price but you can buy them from the holiday reception, also towels are not provided, therefore, please remember to bring your own towels. However, service charges (Gas, water, and electricity) are included and we do provide bed linens and some cleaning products.
