Beautiful room with comfy bed in great location.

Fabulous location. Very close to Adelaide Oval and the city centre. Train stops at the end of out road and it’s only two stops to the city station. Cafes, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, Maccas, bottle shop, bus stops, train station are all in a short walking distance. The tram and Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Linear park, Plant 4, Welland Plaza and Arndale Shopping centre are all within walking distance of under 30 mins. We are friendly, easy going and keen to make you feel at home. The space This is a stone house with wooden floor boards. It may not be suitable for very light sleepers. We are both early birds and night owls. We are happy for guests to use the kitchen, laundry, living room with Netflix and big screen TV. There is a large shared bathroom too. We have a large outdoor area that is nice for a bbq or enjoying outdoor eating. Guest access Every part of the house is available to access apart from our own bedrooms. During your stay We are super easy going and love where we live. We prefer guests who are comfortable with a shared house arrangement as we have another room listed on Airbnb from time to time. We are happy to share a meal if we are around. We are just as happy to allow you peace and privacy to do you own thing. Other things to note We live in the house and are busy so we are in and out all the time. We have a small friendly dog who lives here too. There is plenty of free street parking always available. Please note: we have installed a bathroom lock and purchased some hallway runners after receiving feedback from some guests.
