The apartment, furnished in a modern Scandinavian style, is located directly on the waterfront promenade, on the so-called landing place, in the heart of Überlingen. All the city's hotspots await you at the door: restaurants, cinemas, beaches, shopping and the boat dock are within walking distance. The space The apartment on the second floor of the beautifully renovated old building offers enough space for four people with about 100 sqm of living space and is easily accessible by elevator. The former Teutonic Knights' house once housed the administration of the Lake Constance island of Mainau – today the residents of the listed house enjoy the breathtaking view of the island of Mainau. The lake on one side and the picturesque old town on the other side of the house: Here you will find the Hofstatt, a large square where the regional weekly market takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays, which invites you to stroll and linger. Since the apartment is facing the lake, you can watch the hustle and bustle on the promenade in peace and enjoy the beautiful view in the evening, for example with a nice glass of wine. The kitchen is the heart of the apartment. This spacious room with a modern Scandinavian design offers unrestricted lake views. A place you don't want to leave. A spacious equipment awaits you: XL hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, TV, coffee capsule machine and useful kitchen utensils. The bedroom offers a cozy double bed (160x200), as well as a separate room with a spacious wardrobe. The living room invites you to relax with a beautiful sofa, which can also be transformed into a separate sleeping area. Here, too, you can enjoy the view of the lake or the TV. The hallway awaits you with another couch, for reading and dreaming. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, bathtub and toilet. Additional important information • Beds are made, hand, shower and dish towels are ready. •For the first few days there are: sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar & oil, detergent as well as kitchen and toilet paper. • Wi-Fi and cable TV are available. • You can find a place to park your car in the nearby Stadtmitte parking garage. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. For smoking, the listed building must be left for fire protection reasons. Pets are not allowed.
