Grandviews Apartment, Rotorua

Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not. The space The unit is downstairs of the main house. You are independent of us. Although there is one bedroom it is a large space with a double and single bed. I have a sofa bed in the lounge, a stretcher, and a porta cot that can be added if necessary. You will hear us moving around upstairs. Guest access Your entrance is to the left of the house through a black gate and then a glass door. If you arrive and the door is locked there is a lockbox on the fence beside the gate at your entrance. The code will be in the instructions on arrival. Other things to note There is a Smart TV and wifi available. You have access to many apps eg: Netflix, Neon, Disney +, NZTV+ and Sky where you have news and sports. If you are traveling with a baby I have a porta cot and a high chair. Five years old and under are coded as an infant so there is no charge. For a six-year-old to adult, the prices are as follows: $NZ110 per night up 2 people. If there is an extra person it is $NZ55 per person per night. The space comfortably fits up to 4 people. There is a one off cleaning fee of $NZ30. Airbnb have a service fee plus 15%GST.
