Twin Villa 22 which is approved by Sri lanka Tourism Authority as a DELUXE BUNGALOW is 4.5 km away from the Kandy City and offers as a complete villa or individual rooms for the guests. This location is an easy access road to ancient cities, International Airport which is 83 km away. The villa consist of three air conditioned bedrooms with a balcony, two bathrooms with hot /cold shower, Living & dining area, a well equipped modern pantry with utensils, a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The space From this location there are easy accesses roads with minimum traffic conjection to most of the ancient cites. Guest access The guest can book a room or the entire bungalow depending on their requirement. Guests will be able to access the living room, Dining, Pantry and Garden.. The kitchen facility includes a sink, gas cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, bread toaster, cutlery, crockery and cookware , drying racks, iron and ironing board. Breakfast is an extra $ 3 to 5. Depending on what you order. Feel free to discuss breakfast options in advance. All guests at Twin Villa 22 are welcome to use the shared dining and kitchen areas as well as the common seating areas. Twin villa 22 has Three clean comfortable bedrooms (choice of King or Twin beds). Children below the age of 5 years may stay with parents at no extra cost. All basic comforts like fresh linen, clean towels, toiletries, fans, hot water, free Wi-Fi and a free parking are available. Our breakfast includes Sri Lankan cuisine and continental options with a local twist. The hostess of the house is a good cook as attested by many of our previous guests! Depending on the season, we offer various fruits from our garden (guava, banana, papaya, mango,star fruit, avocado, or jack fruit ) for breakfast. Parking is available. We do have two driver accommodations, Please inform us in advance to avoid nay inconveniences. Other things to note The Twin Villa 22 is approximately 4Km to Kandy city Center. The Temple of the sacred Tooth Relic which is the main attraction in Kandy. The Royal Botanical garden in Peradeniya is approximately 6 Km away. The Colombo International Air Port is 85 km away. Since we are located in kandy which is in the centre of the island and therefore an ideal start point for day excursions to more than half of Sri Lanka. We recommend the following local attractions in kandy. The temple of the tooth, traditional kandyan dancers, The kandy view point "Arthur seat" ,the royal botanical gardens, udawatthakelle tropical forest reserve, kandy city museum, ceylon tea museum, numerous quaint ancient temples, the kandy "esala perehera" is a pageant consisting of traditional dancers and elephants lit by torch lights held in august, the adventurous at heart can venture on a hike along the spine of hantana mountain range with scenic views. We recommend the following day excursions. The pinnawala elephant orphanage and zoological garden, the tea gardens and waterfalls of nuwaraeliya, the horton planes nature reserve, dambulla rock temple and sigiriya rock fortress and frescos, safaris to habarana, minneria, wasgamuwa wild life reserves, visits to polonnaruwa and Anuradhapura ancient cities.
