Our beautiful, sunny and spacious self-catering home is suitable for families and groups of friends. With plenty of space inside and out to relax, play and unwind, this hidden gem is situated in a popular suburb of Cape Town (Hout Bay), on the right side of the Valley that gets the sun all day. With plenty of space inside and out to relax, play and unwind, this hidden gem is situated in a popular suburb of Cape Town (Hout Bay), on the right side of the Valley that gets the sun all day. There are lovely terracotta tiles throughout that help keep the house cooler in the Summer months and in the chillier months, there is a big fire place in the living room. Outside there is plenty of space for you to relax. You can have breakfast under the vines near the pool and enjoy a sun downer on the front deck (it gets the sun all day) OR up on the mountain, where you will find stunning views over this Beautiful Valley. The house has 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and the 4th bedroom is a children's bedroom with a double bed and kids bunk beds. There is an en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom, a downstairs bathroom with shower/bath combination and a third bathroom upstairs with a shower. Downstairs there is a bright double volume open plan living room and dining area. There are wall to wall concertina glass doors that lead out to the front deck with mountain views. The family country style kitchen leads out to the garden and pool area. In the garden there is a large trampoline and a hammock. There are also two fire pits for those chillier nights, when you're not quite ready to come in yet and of course a Braai! The house has all the security features you need to feel safe and relaxed on your holiday. We are a 5 minute drive from all shops, markets and the many restaurants Hout Bay has to offer and is close to Hout Bay beach and the stunning Llandudno beach. Beautiful Chapman's Peak drive and the Constantia wine route are also on your doorstep. Off street and secure parking for 2/3 cars and there is free uncapped Wi-Fi (fibre 20mbps line). There is Wi-Fi and DStv. Guest access Our guests will have access to the whole house and should you wish to have the house serviced it can be arranged. Other things to note Our house also comes in to it's own during the chillier months as we have a large open fire place in the lounge which pretty much demands red wine to be supped around it and if we have a wet Winter then there is a beautiful stream that runs through the garden....Winter rates can be negotiated!!!
