The space Inside, the open studio includes a king bed (which can split into two singles) plus additional sleeping options for up to four guests. Our kitchenette is well-equipped for simple meal prep, and the private bathroom, smart TV, and reverse-cycle air conditioning ensure a comfortable stay. The fridge sits just outside the main room in the foyer for quieter sleep. Outdoors, enjoy your morning tea overlooking the horses or access the river and park through the back corner of the property through a rugged path. Families with children are welcome to use our cubby house and trampoline, and kids often make little-while friends. We live with our three children in the home above and are always happy to help make your stay easy and enjoyable. The studio has a private entrance through a foyer with space for luggage. Guests are welcome to use the garden and outdoor seating. Parking is on the street, but you can briefly use the driveway for loading and unloading. The washing machine and dryer are shared; please inform us if you wish to use them so we can coordinate. We offer clean, practical accommodation designed for comfort at an affordable price. We use low voc cleaning products and most of our towels and linen are organic. We hope you feel at home here. Guest access The room is on the bottom floor of our house. If you walk up the driveway, under the house, towards the backyard, you will see the little sign pointing you towards the door. Please park on the street but feel free to drive up our driveway to pack and unpack your car. You are welcome in our garden during your stay here. Please talk to us if you would like to use our washing machine and dryer. Other things to note If you would like the King bed split into 2 single beds please let us know. You will likely hear pitter patter feet from our home above. We are 2 adults and 3 young children living in the house directly above the apartment. We invested in sound proofing but you will still hear us, mostly footsteps or kids running around. We do our best to keep this to a minimum, especially at sleeping times and lying in times. If you have kids under 10 they are likely to be befriended by our children and families often find it difficult to get their children out of here. Our quiet cul-de-sac and driveway are perfect for bikes, scooters, skates, blades etc. so you might want to add them when you pack though we also have a large array of wheels that are happily shared.
