Other things to note This house is situated in Cranbrook along the river with easy access to the Townsville Hospital, University and Barracks. It's an easy drive to all locations across Townsville. Guests should expect to find a well loved 'home' not a display house. This home is lived in for most of the year by a family. All personal items will be removed and a professional clean will ensure it is guest ready. Please note the secure garage is unavailable over this time. There is plenty of driveway parking for 2 vehicles + off street free parking. You will find a boat parked to the side on the grass. This property undergoes certified annual pest inspection and treatments. In North Queensland, ants, spiders and cockroaches are a natural part of the tropical environment, and weather changes can sometimes increase activity beyond our control.
