The kitchen & bar (16 sq.m) is ready for you to enjoy home-style cooking, complete with a gas range, griller, refrigerator, and hot & cold water dispenser—all free to use, just like home. We’ve also got 3 clean toilets & baths for everyone’s comfort. And of course, family time isn’t complete without swimming! 💦 Adult Pool: 7m x 5m (3–5 ft deep) 🌊 Kiddie Pool: 5m x 2m (2 ft deep) Second Floor After a full day of fun, settle into our cozy, air-conditioned bedrooms: Master’s Bedroom (7m x 6m): With 2 queen beds, a sala set, and its own toilet & bath—your own quiet retreat. Bedroom 1 – Mountain View (6m x 5m): Spacious and comfy with 2 queen beds, 1 pull-out queen, 2 sofa beds, and a single floor mattress. Big families love it here! Bedroom 2 (6m x 5m): Designed for comfort with 2 queen beds, 1 pull-out queen, and a sofa bed. Step out to the veranda to enjoy the mountain breeze, morning coffee, or a quiet sunset. Another toilet & bath is also available upstairs for your convenience. 🌿 Whether it’s a weekend with family, a small get-together, or simply a time to unwind, our place is made for warm memories and cozy moments together. Guest access 🌿 The entire villa is yours to enjoy—no sharing, just pure comfort and exclusivity. Other things to note House Rules & Reminders Rates & Capacity Published rate is good for 16 guests. An additional charge of ₱300 per head applies for extra guests beyond the maximum. Events & Special Setups For events with catering services, an additional fee of ₱1,500 will be charged. If bringing in lights and a sound system, an additional ₱500 will apply. Amenities Free to use: WiFi, gas range, refrigerator, griller, and hot & cold water dispenser. Charcoal and mineral water are not provided, but both are available at the nearby convenience store just a few steps from the resort. What to Bring Kindly bring your own cooking wares, dining utensils, and blankets as these are not provided by the resort. Check-in & Check-out Our standard session is 7:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
