The apartment is located in an attractive location close to the center of Sopot, consisting of a bedroom equipped with a large, comfortable double bed and a private bathroom and a kitchenette with a coffee machine. The apartment is decorated in a modern and practical way, meeting the needs of both short and long stays. A comfortable location near the Sopot railway station and the main access road ensures that you can get home without the hustle and bustle of the street and traffic jams. The space A modern and comfortable apartment located in a quiet part of Sopot, with quick access to the city center. The apartment is located on the low ground floor and has an independent entrance from the parking lot, which ensures comfort and full privacy. The interior includes a cozy bedroom with a large double bed, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette with a coffee machine. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning, so it provides comfort at any time of the year. There is also a TV with Netflix access, perfect for an evening rest. There is a free parking zone around the building, but we are unable to guarantee the availability of spaces during peak hours. For guests who need full comfort and safety, it is possible to purchase a place in a private, closed and monitored parking lot behind the tenement house at the price of PLN 30 per night (after prior notification). The location near the station and the main access route allows quick access to the apartment, avoiding traffic jams and city noise. We can issue a VAT invoice. Guest access Guests have an independent entrance to the apartment and self check-in through a key locker and electronic lock, which allows them to arrive at any time. Standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Early check-in is possible at no extra charge if the apartment is prepared by the cleaning lady in advance — however, this requires individual confirmation on the day of arrival. If guests want to be guaranteed an early check-in, it is possible to purchase a priority cleaning service at the price of PLN 60, thanks to which we are able to prepare the apartment for a predetermined time. Other things to note 1. Rules of the building and surroundings • There is a quiet night in the building from 6 am to 10 pm. • Occasional maintenance work may take place in the common areas. • There is security and monitoring of the common areas of the building. 2. Noise / surroundings • This is the center of Sopot - you can hear the city traffic with the windows open, the apartment is located directly on a busy street. • There may be renovation works in the area 4 Long-term stay • Possibility to arrange cleaning during your stay - PLN 150 fee • For each pair of guests, one large duvet and a standard bedding are prepared. If during your stay you prefer separate beds or an extra duvet, please let us know in advance - at least 2 days before arrival - so that we can prepare everything properly. Preparing an additional set of linens will incur an additional fee of 50 zł. 5. Heating - the apartment has underfloor heating set at 21 degrees C. 6. An additional fee of PLN 500 will be charged for pets that are not allowed in the facility. 7. Please inform us of the need to receive a VAT invoice no later than on the day of arrival, otherwise the system will automatically generate a bill for a natural person.
