Cosy Room in exclusive Penthouse close City center

The penthouse apartment is close to the specified address and still quite new and very well maintained. The penthouse is close to the written address and not such old and in a very god shape. Otherwise very quiet but central location. 10 min walk to the old town of SB. The area is very quiet but also central to the city center. 10 min. by walk. Guest access You have access to the bathrooms of course and to the living room including kitchen and fridge. Cooking allowed by arrangement The room is my own that I offer here as I am often away. If I'm there myself, I might have to go into the room to get some clothes or documents. So please don't lock it. It's a shared apartment with an open-door policy anyway. All quite normal and easy. I share my private room when I'm out of Saarbrücken. Sometimes it happens that I'm here too and need access to some clothes and personal stuff. So please don't lock the door.
